Options, options, options… that is one thing that takes a little time to sort through when you select Quinta Contractors, LLC as your contractor.  Think about though, isn’t that one of the most important aspects of choosing a contractor?  You want someone who will listen to your needs and desires and make plans and take appropriate     action(s) to ensure you are satisfied.  That is what we do: we listen to you.  We know that it is your home and your style.

We constantly strive to remind ourselves and those who we are fortunate enough to work with that it is your home that we have been entrusted to improve and/or repair, and that fact demands respect.  We focus on our folks staying as organized as possible as we embark on a project at your home.  At Quinta, we intend to keep the job site free of debris and clean.

Style: what is your style?  When I meet with home owners for the initial consultation on a bathroom or kitchen remodel or to discuss an addition or attic conversion, I pose questions to generate answers defining your style.  I am careful to consider your specific use of the space to be added or improved.  I want to bring as many options to the table as necessary to support your intended function and schemes in home decor.

You may have a flair for a modern or contemporary look.  You may have a strong affinity for more traditional furnishings.  Paying heed to these details, ensures that your style is carried throughout the scope of the new project.  We can select wall coverings that accent your personal preferences.  The bottom-line is that your complete satisfaction is integral to our customer service goals.

Building Relationships

Building relationships is a major focus of our customer service goals.  We have numerous examples of how a small project completed led to respect and trust from the client for Quinta Contractors, LLC, which in turn encouraged that client to chose us to perform much larger jobs.  A successful remodel requires a consistent, parallelled level of trust between the contractor and the client.

We strive to present the best quality of materials available matched with superior craftsmanship to complete the individual tasks which together make a remodel.  When we undertake a project, we have entered the inner sanctum (if you will) of that client; this is their castle.  We pride ourselves on encouraging each of our folks to treat the home and it’s surroundings with the utmost respect.

We start the process of each major project by interviewing the client(s) to determine their needs and goals. Providing  the client with a reasonable idea as to the feasibility and cost of their desired changes at this stage determines whether or not we move forward.  The next step is returning a budget and a solid scope of work which upon the client’s approval will guide us all in the days to follow.  Keeping the contractor, client(s), and sub-contractors on the same page is essential.  Often times the scope of work dictates that blueprints will be required, especially when an addition is part of the renovation.

We believe that our commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled in the industry.  The attitude of flexibility is communicated to all those involved in the process.  The project sometimes lends itself to unscheduled changes at the request of the client, as they see the spaces in their home undergoing the planned transformations.  We are more than willing to accommodate these changes.
